Read Before Participating

Before joining Thursday Night Battle or a Private Event, every participant must read and agree to this waiver.

Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that Knights Larping Battle involves physical movement, foam weapon combat, running, blocking, dodging, and contact with other participants. I understand that participation may involve risks, including bruises, soreness, sprains, falls, accidental contact, or other injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.

I agree to follow all safety rules, listen to marshals and event organizers, wear required safety gear, and use controlled contact at all times.

I understand that official matches require a helmet, jersey, and approved foam weapon.

I understand that there are no headshots, no unsafe behavior, no harassment, and no intentional excessive force.

I agree that both fighters must agree on contact level, power, and intensity before a match begins.

I release Knights Larping Battle, its organizers, volunteers, participants, and event helpers from liability for injury, loss, or damage connected to my participation, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Safety & Conduct Agreement

By participating, I agree to:

• Treat all players, spectators, marshals, and volunteers with respect.

• Follow all field rules and marshal instructions.

• Use only approved foam weapons and gear.

• Stop immediately when “Hold” is called.

• Avoid headshots, excessive force, unsafe behavior, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

• Accept that repeated rule violations may result in removal from the event.
